Where we ship
Orders ship from Austin, Texas. Under the Texas cottage food law our shipping scope is currently being confirmed — the checkout will only ever offer what's allowed. If you're outside the map, join the list and we'll say the moment it changes.
When it ships
Bars are made in small batches, usually weekly. Orders go out within 2–3 business days of the next batch. You'll get a tracking link the moment the label prints.
Heat
Chocolate and a Texas summer have a complicated relationship. In hot months we ship early in the week with thermal liners so nothing sits in a truck over the weekend. A slightly soft bar is safe to eat — ten minutes in the fridge restores the crunch.
Returns
It's food — we can't restock what leaves the kitchen. If an order arrives damaged, wrong, or late enough to matter, email zoomiecrunch@gmail.com with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. No forms, no fine print.
